What is the Chinese baoding ball for?

 Yesterday i read a post.

one person asked, "what is the baoding ball for?" and posted a picture of baoding ball, this pair of ball with dragon and phoenix design.

Many people replied him, but another reply was noticed by me , and i was moved by his reply.

So today i will post it here and share with you, if you are also a lover of baoding balls.

Rolling baoding balls by fingers , can help you to escape many illnesses which you can not imagine, so we called it Health ball in China. it always can be as gift to send to our elder member of family.

But why we make the dragon and phoenix design on the ball?
