Why the Chinese Baoding balls produced in the city of baoding in China?

 Maybe you have a question, there are  many cities in China , why other cities did not make the baoding ball? Only produced in Baoding? Today we will answer you this question.

Firstly you need to know , where is baoding, know it is location.

Baoding is in the south of Beijing, 150 km from beijing. Only 20 minutes to Beijing if by train now.

Second, baoding is a very important city as defender of  Beijing.

Beijing was the capital for many dynasties in the Chinese history.

Many armies were required to stay in Baoding to protect capital, thus there were many mills to make weapons ,such as knife、sword to supply armies. Thus there had many skillful craft men, especially blacksmith too.
